The Circle Graphics Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is pretty simple. We do not share any information about you with anyone.

When you use our My Circle section or subscribe to our e-newsletter we only use your email address for our own website login information or newsletter list, respectively. We do not sell or share your address with any other parties. Note, in extenuating circumstances we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information, but will only do so when required by law.

If you express interest in our services, we will add you to our mailing list automatically. You can easily unsubscribe at anytime. We will not resubscribe you if you have removed yourself from our newsletter list.

Use of Information

Circle Graphics is the sole holder of the information collected on all areas of this site. We will not sell, share, or rent any information to others.

Log Files

Circle Graphics collects aggregate information in the form of log files recorded by our web server. This information includes how many visits we have had to our web pages and the address of the referring page. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement through the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. None of this information is linked to personally identifiable information. At no time is this information shared with any other parties.

Use of Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies and server sessions when you enter our My Circle area. These scripted items are used only to personalize your experience. The script allows us to call you by name, track the number of your visits to these area, and record your order information. The cookie file is stored on your hard drive and can be deleted by you at any time. The session file is stored on our server. We do not retrieve or store any information from this file.

All materials found within the Circle Graphics website including content, images, all scripts, HTML code, ASP code, and Cascading Style Sheets are copyrighted under United States law and the stoppage of unauthorized use of these items is enforceable by law. Using our content without authorization may make you or your company subject to litigation and monetary damages.

Where we have used a third party script, full documentation and credit to the author is noted in the header of all code. These scripts have been used in our site in compliance with the author's copyright and terms of use notices.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post a notice of those changes on this page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
